Different states have different festivals, different specialties, and different food items. Maharashtra and other states are not an exclusion from it. The true and signature dish of Maharashtra is Puranpoli. It is a traditional sweet food prepared in most households during significant occasions and the festivals like Holi, Shravan Maha, Ugadi, Ganapati-Gauri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Gudipadwa, Diwali, Milad un Nabi, etc.
The delicious Puranpoli has even reached America and Europe, crossing the seven seas. Puranpoli is nothing but paratha that is stuffed with a mixture of jaggery and chana dal Roasted Paste and is sometimes served with spicy curry, commonly known as Katachi Aamti, or with Milk or thick Mango juice. This tradition is followed by Maharashtrians and all southern, and western Indian states to date.

How to Use

Follow The Simple Process Below

  1. Take a Scoop of ‘Flavomor Puran Spread’ & preheat in a Microwave/cooking Utensil to make it easy to spread. 
  2. Spread half-cooked dose batter on the pan. Fry with Ghee/Oil Serve Hot & Enjoy.
  3. Mixed with Milk for Milkshake 
  4. Use as spread and center-filled material on slices of bread, Desi Donuts
  1. Take a handful of ‘Flavomor puran’ &roll into ball
  2. Wrap the dough around the puran ball 
  3. Roll it into a chapati/puri
  4. Fry the puran filled Chapati/Puri with Ghee/Oil
